Card-statement descriptor

DESSIRA or DESSIRA.NET

This is the descriptor you will see on your bank statement or banking app.

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro): processed by Verotel B.V. (FlexPay), Amsterdam, the Netherlands — a licensed merchant of record for adult content in the EU.
Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.): processed by NOWPayments.
Dessira does not store or handle card numbers. All sensitive payment data stays with the payment processor.

Tokens — a prepaid virtual currency used to unlock PPV content, send tips and gifts, and use direct messaging.
Premium subscription — recurring monthly or annual payment. Includes bonus tokens and additional features.
Prices are in EUR and final — no hidden fees. VAT, where applicable, is included in the displayed price.
All sales are final except as required by applicable law (see Refund Policy).

By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal at the end of each period (monthly or annual).
You may cancel renewal at any time via Profile → Subscription → Cancel. The current period remains active until its end.

Before each renewal we send a reminder email (for annual plans — 7 days in advance).

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at billing@dessira.net. Most cases are resolved directly within 72 hours.
On an unjustified chargeback, credited tokens are deducted automatically from the balance, and the related subscription is canceled.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and blocking of any future payments.
We reserve the right to block accounts with repeated chargebacks or fraud.
