🔞 Adult content (18+)

This site contains explicit adult content. Access is permitted only to persons 18 years of age or older.
On your first visit you confirm your age in a modal dialog. Confirmation is remembered via a cookie for 90 days.
All content creators on Dessira are verified as adults through government-issued ID review prior to publication.
Publishing or searching for content depicting persons under 18 is categorically forbidden. Any such attempt is reported to law enforcement immediately.
Access to the content may be restricted in your country — you are responsible for complying with local laws.

Creator profile and content rules

The profile name and description must authentically represent the creator and their digital content (photos, videos, live streams).
The headline must accurately describe the profile's content and the creator's style.
Bio and post descriptions must be truthful. Misleading information and photos are forbidden.
Profanity, abusive language and personal attacks are forbidden.
Offering goods or services that are illegal under applicable law is forbidden.
No contact information (phone numbers, websites, third-party messengers) is allowed in headlines.
No external URLs or links may be placed in headlines, photos or profile content for advertising purposes.
One person may not operate more than one profile, and content may not be duplicated across profiles.
Photos and videos must be personal and authentic. Use of other people's photos or images downloaded from the internet is forbidden.
Repeated posting of the same comment (flooding) is forbidden.

Profile lifecycle

Profiles are published for a three-month period and are auto-archived if not updated within that window. Each update extends the period.
Archived profiles can be reactivated by the user at any time within three months of archiving. If not reactivated, profiles are auto-deleted.
Rejected profiles are suspended for rule violations. If not edited and re-approved, they are auto-deleted after 28 days.
Profiles suspended after a sustained complaint are kept for 28 days, then deleted.

Profile types

Free profile

Every user is entitled to one free active profile. Contact details are visible only to registered users.

Premium profile

Premium profiles are surfaced first in listings and on the homepage. Includes a lower platform fee (15%), AI auto-chat, more photos and videos, priority moderation, detailed statistics, and a promotional banner.

Tokens and payments

Tokens are the platform's internal currency. 1 token = €0.02.
Tokens can be purchased via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) processed by Verotel B.V.
Tokens are used to unlock PPV content, AI chat, live tipping, and AI direct messages.
The platform retains a 20% commission (15% for Premium creators) on each transaction.
Creators may withdraw earnings via bank transfer (IBAN) after identity verification. Minimum payout: €10.00 (500 tokens). Funds are remitted within 3-5 business days.
All sales are final — token purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law (see Refund Policy below).
Unauthorized chargebacks — disputing a charge without legitimate cause may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing and blocking of future payments. Suspected fraud is reported to Verotel and the relevant banks/law enforcement.

PPV (Pay-Per-View) content

Creators may publish PPV photos and videos that are unlocked with tokens.
The price of PPV content is set by the creator.
Photos must depict only the profile owner. Uploading other people's photos or persons unrelated to the profile is forbidden without their written consent.
Violations result in profile deletion without warning.
All PPV content is reviewed by moderation before publication.

Live video

Creators may start live video broadcasts.
Viewers pay 1 token per minute of viewing.
Viewers may send tips during a live stream.
Streaming illegal content is forbidden.
The platform performs real-time monitoring and reserves the right to terminate any live stream upon violation, without prior notice.

Identity verification

Identity verification is required to withdraw funds.
Verification consists of: front + back photos of a government-issued ID, and a selfie holding the document.
Bank details (IBAN and account holder name) are mandatory.
On verification approval, €1.00 is deducted as confirmation.
Verified profiles receive a special badge.

DMCA — Copyright protection

If you believe your content has been published without your permission, you may file a DMCA notice via the dedicated form.
On a valid notice, the content is taken down within 24-48 hours.
The user may file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was wrongful.
All photos are protected with a watermark.

Restrictions and moderation

All profiles and PPV content are reviewed by moderation before publication.
Moderation completes within 24 hours (1 hour for Premium users).
Text and photo edits are unlimited and free of charge.
Repeated violations will result in restricted access for the user.

Liability and sanctions

The site contains adult material and access for persons under 18 is forbidden.
The platform is not liable for the content of published profiles, nor for any moral or material damages users may incur.
Administrators may, at their sole discretion, remove or suspend profiles without prior notice when they violate the rules or are subject to a sustained complaint.
Submitting a paid profile does NOT guarantee its publication.
Severe or repeated violations may result in the user's profile being blocked and further publishing restricted.
Profiles are either published immediately or held for moderator/administrator approval before going live.

Payments, refunds and billing disputes

Payments are processed by Verotel B.V. (FlexPay), Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Card descriptor: DESSIRA or DESSIRA.NET.
Tokens are a prepaid virtual currency used to pay for PPV content, subscriptions and tips. They are non-refundable for cash.
Unused tokens may be refunded within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer right of withdrawal, Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act art. 57) — provided they have not been used to unlock content.
Unlocked PPV / subscription content is non-refundable (digital content delivered immediately with the user's express consent — Bulgarian CPA art. 57(13)).
Disputes and complaints: billing@dessira.net. Response within 72 hours.
Alternative dispute resolution: EU ODR platform.

Creator verification (18 USC §2257 compliance)

Every content creator undergoes mandatory adult-age and identity verification prior to their first publication.
Required documents: front and back of a government-issued ID/passport + a selfie holding the document.
Documents are stored encrypted for the duration of the profile's activity plus 7 years (per applicable record-keeping requirements).
The creator declares that all images are theirs, taken voluntarily, that they are an adult, and that they hold the rights to them.
If documents are found to be falsified, the profile is blocked immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

Consent records for depicted persons

When the content depicts persons other than the creator, the creator is required to obtain and keep on file written consent from each depicted person, expressly covering the following three areas:

Consent to be depicted — the person agrees to be filmed and shown in the content.
Consent to public distribution — the person agrees to the content being uploaded to Dessira and publicly distributed.
Consent to be downloaded — if the content can be downloaded by other users (PPV unlock, subscription), the person agrees to that.

The creator undertakes to provide the consent records upon request from the platform, payment schemes (Mastercard, Visa) or law enforcement, within 5 business days.

Identity and age records of depicted persons

The creator must verify the identity and age of every depicted person via a valid government-issued ID document (national ID card, passport, driver's license).
All depicted persons must be 18 years of age or older at the time of recording.
Records of these documents are kept by the creator and provided to the platform on request within 5 business days.
If such records cannot be produced, the relevant content is removed immediately and the profile is subject to review.

AI-generated content

Any content created or modified by an AI tool must be labeled as “AI-generated” via the checkbox in the upload form. The label is shown visibly to consumers.
AI content depicting real, identifiable persons (deepfake, face-swap, impersonation) is only permitted with the depicted person's explicit written consent. Without such consent, this is categorically forbidden.
Generating AI content depicting public figures, politicians, or celebrities without consent is forbidden.
Generating AI content depicting minors — in any form, including animated or stylized — is categorically forbidden.
The platform reserves the right to remove AI content on suspicion of violation, without prior notice.

Notices and illegal content (EU DSA)

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) we provide a notice mechanism for illegal content.
Any user may submit a notice via the “🚩 Report” button on a profile or post, or through the DMCA form.
Trusted flaggers and law enforcement may report directly to abuse@dessira.net.
CSAM (child sexual abuse material) — if suspected, report immediately to csam@dessira.net or to the National Center for a Safer Internet (Bulgaria) / NCMEC (international).
We commit to responding within 24 hours for critical reports (CSAM, deepfake, violence) and within 5 business days for all others. Illegal content is removed immediately upon confirmation.
Decisions are made by a trained moderation team, with the option of human review on appeal.

Forbidden content

Content involving persons under 18 — reported immediately.
Content without the express consent of the depicted persons (revenge porn, deepfake without consent).
Violence, predatory practices, trafficking, forced prostitution.
Bestiality, incest, scat, necrophilia.
Weapons, drugs, fraud.
Promotion of external adult-content or escort platforms without approval.

Digital-content platform (no offline services)

Dessira is a platform for creators of digital adult content — photos, videos, live streams, direct chat. The platform does NOT facilitate and does not take a commission on any offline meetings, services, or physical interactions between creators and users.

The following is categorically forbidden:

Pricing for offline meetings — hourly rates, overnight or daily offers.
Terms incall / outcall, “escort”, “companion”, etc.
Phone numbers and external messengers (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype).
Addresses, hotels, apartments for meetings.
Any phrasing that suggests an offer of sexual services for payment.

All profiles and posts are automatically scanned for such content and blocked.

Anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation policy

Dessira has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, child exploitation, and any form of physical or psychological abuse.

The platform enforces active policies that prohibit its use for human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse.
On the slightest suspicion of such content, we report immediately to the competent authorities (National Center for a Safer Internet in Bulgaria, NCMEC for international cases).
For child exploitation (CSAM): csam@dessira.net — priority handling, 24/7.
For human trafficking: abuse@dessira.net — response within 24 hours.
The platform supports and operates in alignment with the standards of international child-protection and anti-trafficking organizations (ASACP, NCMEC, ECPAT).

Mastercard and Visa compliance (AN5196)

Dessira operates in compliance with the Mastercard Specialty Merchant Registration Program (AN5196) and the corresponding Visa standards for adult content merchants.

Written agreement with creators — accepted at registration (sections 13, 13.1, 13.2 above).
Creator verification — mandatory government-ID review prior to first publication.
Pre-publication review — every piece of content (photos, videos, posts) is reviewed by moderation before publication.
Live streaming monitoring — administrators have the ability to watch and immediately terminate live streams in real time.
Complaint mechanism — “🚩 Report” button on every profile/post; review within 5 business days.
Appeal process for depicted persons — DMCA form and email channels; removal upon invalid consent.
AI content — mandatory visible “AI-generated” label.
Visitor age verification — mandatory 18+ gate on first visit.
Monthly reports to the acquirer (Verotel) listing flagged content and actions taken.
Temporary credentials — on request we provide 7-day test accounts for payment-scheme review.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Jurisdiction: All disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. Consumers retain their rights under the consumer-protection law of their country of residence.
Applicable EU legislation: GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), DSA (Regulation 2022/2065), ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).
Compliance standards: Mastercard AN5196, Visa Adult Content Merchant Standards, 18 USC §2257.

These Terms govern the relationship between Dessira and the persons who use the platform's services.
