Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for token purchases and subscriptions on the Dessira platform (www.dessira.net), operated by TEMIDASOFT LLC, company ID 208638291, registered office at 28 Vincho Goranov Str., Velingrad, Bulgaria. All sales are final, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
1. Payment processor and card descriptor
- Card payments are processed by Verotel B.V. (FlexPay), Amsterdam, the Netherlands — a licensed merchant of record for adult content in the EU.
- Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments.
- Card-statement descriptor: DESSIRA or DESSIRA.NET.
2. 14-day cooling-off period (EU)
- EU consumers may withdraw from a token purchase within 14 days of the payment date, under Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act art. 57.
- Refunds are issued only for unused tokens — i.e. tokens that have NOT been spent on unlocking content, subscriptions, tips, or direct messages.
- Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
3. What is NOT refundable
- Unlocked PPV content — photos, videos or albums already unlocked with tokens. Digital content delivered immediately with the user's express consent is not subject to withdrawal (Bulgarian CPA art. 57(13)).
- Tips and gifts sent to creators — final upon sending.
- Past subscription periods — refunds are only possible for future unused periods, prorated, where there has been no activity.
- Live tips and gifts during a stream — final upon sending.
4. How to request a refund
- Email billing@dessira.net from the email address registered on your account.
- Include: purchase date, amount, last 4 digits of the card (if known), and the reason for the request.
- Decision within 72 hours. Refund is issued within 14 days of approval.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
- Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at billing@dessira.net — most cases are resolved directly within 72 hours.
- On an unjustified chargeback, any tokens already credited (including referral bonuses) are deducted from the balance automatically, and any related subscription is canceled.
- Unauthorized chargebacks (disputing a charge you knowingly authorized) may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and blocking of any future payments through Verotel.
- We provide your card issuer with full transaction evidence: IP address, device fingerprint, login history, content unlocked, and any communication. Suspected fraud is reported to law enforcement.
6. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may use the EU ODR platform for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
