Acceptable Use Policy

1. Allowed use

• Browsing profiles of verified creators.
• Buying tokens and using them to unlock PPV content, send tips, send direct messages, and subscribe.
• Uploading your own digital adult content as a verified creator.
• Participating in live streams and direct conversations while respecting the platform's rules.
• Reporting content or behavior that violates this policy.

2. Protection of minors — zero tolerance

• Categorically forbidden — publishing, sharing or searching for any content depicting persons under 18, real, simulated, or presented as minors.
• CSAM (child sexual abuse material) is reported immediately to the Bulgarian National Center for a Safer Internet (safenet.bg), NCMEC, and competent national authorities.
• To report: csam@dessira.net — response within 24 hours.

3. Consent records for depicted persons (Mastercard 1b)

When the content depicts persons other than the creator, the creator must obtain and keep on file written consent from each depicted person covering:

• Depiction — being filmed and shown in the content.
• Public distribution — uploading to the Dessira platform.
• Download / PPV — being unlocked by other users.

Consent records are provided on request from the platform, payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard) or law enforcement, within 5 business days.

4. Creator verification (18 USC §2257)

• Every creator undergoes mandatory verification prior to first publication: front and back of a government-issued ID/passport + a selfie holding the document.
• Documents are stored encrypted for the duration of the profile's activity plus 7 years.
• All depicted persons in the content must be 18 years of age or older at the time of recording.

5. Forbidden content

Content involving any of the following is categorically forbidden:

• Persons under 18 (real, simulated, or presented as minors).
• Persons without explicit consent — revenge porn, hidden camera, deepfake without permission.
• Violence, rape, forced prostitution, human trafficking.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, scat / urination fetishism with actual consumption.
• Incest (including default “step-” / “stuck-” roleplay scenarios).
• Hypnosis, intoxication, or any form of compromised consent.
• Weapons, drugs, fraud, hate speech.
• Promotion of external adult content or escort platforms without prior approval.

6. Forbidden conduct

• Harassment, threats, doxxing or stalking of other users or creators.
• Predatory or manipulative practices — coercing content, blackmail, sextortion.
• Spam, phishing, distribution of malicious code or links to external harmful sites.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, fake profiles, stolen identities.
• Multiple accounts by one person, review manipulation, artificial engagement inflation.
• Bypassing the platform — direct payments to creators outside the token system, exchanging contact details in messages/posts to take the deal off-platform.
• Advertising offline services, escort, prostitution, or physical meetings. Dessira is exclusively a digital-content platform.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, automated requests, bots, attempts to breach the system.
• Using VPNs/proxies to circumvent geo-restrictions, bans, or payment checks.

7. Reports and handling

• Any user can submit a report via the 🚩 Report button on a profile, post, or message.
• Trusted flaggers and law enforcement: abuse@dessira.net
• CSAM: csam@dessira.net (response within 24 hours).
• DMCA / copyright violation: DMCA form.
• Decisions are made by a trained moderation team; you may appeal a rejection (human review).

8. Consequences of violation

Depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation, the platform may apply one or more of the following measures:

• Removal of specific content (post, photo, message).
• Warning and temporary feature restrictions (chat, uploads, live).
• Temporary account suspension for 24 hours to 30 days.
• Permanent account termination (ban) — typically for severe violations, recurrence, or CSAM.
• Freezing pending payouts on suspicion of fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Reporting to competent authorities and cooperating with investigations of illegal content or behavior.

For a permanent ban, you have the right to appeal within 14 days of the decision to appeals@dessira.net.
